About Mi Casita

We are very happy to announce a dynamic new 50/50 joint venture between our construction company, Mi Casita, and Classic Pacific Homes, Costa Mesa, CA. Our first major project under this joint venture will be the construction of 300 condominiums that wrap around the La Ventana Del Mar golf course and the beach. The sea wall is currently under construction and the architectural look of the residential buildings in the Las Villas condo project is shown below.
